East Bay Or Bust!

We are finally moving to the Bay Area! Zach and I went down this weekend and found a great apartment in Fremont. It's right next to a park and is in a really nice area. It's also about five minutes to Zach's work which he could not be more excited about. We are definitely sad to have to start paying rent and to be moving away from our families, but we are looking forward to a new adventure and the blessings of all being under one roof.

Our little house is almost completely empty so if Olive wants to watch a show she has to bring out her rocking chair. She keeps looking around the living room and asking "A couch bye bye?"

  2. I'm happy for you that you guys will be able to be together so much more... it just sucks its so far away. We should have gotten together while you were still so close. Maybe when you come to visit we can!

  6. My sister lived in Freemont and LOVED it there. It was a drive to go see family, but only a few hours. The weather is GREAT and they were so close to the temple (like 15 min. away). Good luck with the move.

  9. Your little dog is so darn cute. And I can't believe how cute and big your daughter is. If you don't remember me, I used to be a Bassett. Collette and Niels daughter from Paradise. Its been a while since we have spoke. Hope all is going well. How are you guys surviving in the Bay? It is pretty expansive down there. We have looked around the north bay but don't want to pay that much. Where does your husband work?

  10. It can be really hard to move away from family, but it is really worth it to all be together under one roof. That's so awesome that you will have a park nearby- we live across the street from a park in our new little apartment too!
